​MISSION STATEMENT​​​​

​​Our mission is to reinvent today's overbuilt unsustainable suburban model with a self-sufficient community based on minimal housing, sustainable energy, regenerative food & water, built around and completely maintained by a thriving young art community. We plan to do this on 5 to 10 acre parcels of existing farmland scattered throughout the Northeast, then the Country and eventually around the world. Our goal is a completely self-sufficient, zero-carbon footprint community. What's innovative about this project is the combination of these four elements (Food, Energy, Water & Art) and the thinking through of how these four elements will create something innovative and special that has not yet happened in our culture.
